Membership:
Memberships are now due and can be paid online at the club website get on line and sign up before the end of July.
Monsoon madness :
Great event, good exposure for the club, article in the latest Cumec article. Currently working on next year's event

Training and qualifications:
There's a lot of interest from members in gaining qualifications from training. To get these people need to demonstrate through a log book that they have been delivering training. Log books/forms are available on Queensland Canoeing website.
Need to be training new comers-Paddler development
Club will be holding training sessions prior to the wet season. Members no charge . Non members will be charged. Notification of training days will be through the website-email and Facebook-Piss poor paddlers
New Kayakers wanting to get more involved, training etc should contact Josh

Rafts

EPIRB
The club will be buying one soon. The club has a sat phone just need to pay for credit to run. Talk to Josh to access
Canoe Polo
Members are interested in getting polo going in Cairns . Qld Canoeing has a set of boasts in Townsvile that aren't being used.

Adrian White to organise setting up games and venue
Mossman Gorge access
Kuku Yalanji Traditional owners don't want people accessing the river. Access is no longer available to the club and members for kayaking.
